Thus, a collection of prioritized targets was assembled exhibiting tremendous promise to become excellent candidates for the development of ovarian cancer-specific inhibitors. The innovative approach that was exploited by Alethia ensured that a rich, diversified pipeline of ovarian cancer-specific targets was obtained. Thus, in addition to AB-3D3 mAb, inhibitors against other cell surface proteins such as AB-196, AB-0532 and AB-1134 are also currently being developed in this indication.
