Partnering opportunities
In order to accelerate the development of products based on its fundamental technologies and accelerate the development of its internal product and clinical development capabilities, Alethia will continue to pursue strategic alliances that support its corporate objectives of becoming a world leader in the development of novel biotherapeutic cancer products. Alethia will continue to outsource certain activities and conclude product in-licensing and other research collaborative agreements with companies that will best complement its activities. Finally, Alethia will want to out-license its validated non-core therapeutic targets and establish early stage drug discovery collaborations as to fully exploit the potential of its discovery platform in other therapeutic fields.
